Yaklaşık bir ay önce adayları açıklanan BAFTA Ödülleri'nin oyun ayağında kazananlar dün gece yapılan törenle sahiplerini buldu. Toplam 16 farklı kategoride günün parlayan oyunu 8 farklı dalda aday gösterilmiş olan Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice oldu. Hellblade toplamda 5 farklı kategoride ödül kazanmayı başardı.
Yılın Oyunu Ödülü ise geçtiğimiz senenin en iyi bağımsız oyunlarından olan What Remains of Edith Finch'e gitti. Geliştirici Giant Sparrow'un önceki yapımı The Unfinished Swan da 2013 senesinde "En İyi Çıkış Yapan Oyun" ödülünü almıştı. Night in The Woods ve Gorogoa gibi senenin çok iyi oyunları olup fazla popülariteye sahip olamayan oyunların da ödüller alması güzel olmuş açıkçası.
Double Fine Entertainment'in patronu Tim Schaer'ın da Onur Ödülü aldığı törende kazanlar şu şekilde:
